Job description

・Greeting customers who visit the shop
・Be involved in stock control and management
・Assistant shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
・Answering queries from customers
・Giving information of our products to customers
・Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
・Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
・Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
・Keeping clean and check our product follow set schedule

job requirements

・English & Chinese Speaking
・PC skill (Excel, Word, Email)
・Having a friendly and engaging personality.
・Should have a confident manner
・Must be helpful and polite
・Able to work as part of a sales team
・Should be of a smart appearance and articulate

working condition

・Part time job
・Working time :
9:00-13:00, 13:00-17:00, 17:00-21:00 ( 3 shifts for China Duty Free Shop )
7:00-11:00, 17:00-21:00 (2 shifts for Dufry Airport SR)
